Pet FriendlyHyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is pleased to annouce, we are now a pet friendly hotel. Please see below for additional information and restrictions.
- Reservations with a pet must be booked directly through the hotel
- Reservations must be made 7 days prior to arrival
- We will accept dogs up to 35lbs
- There is an additional $50 charge per night, plus a $75 one time cleaning fee charged upon check-in.
Now you can plan and organize the perfect stay, well before you check in. Hyatt E-Concierge is our new interactive, on-line service that brings our hotel concierge directly into your home or office for the luxury of pre-planning hotel activities.
Hyatt E-Concierge will allow you to pre-arrange dinner reservations, activities such as golf, and make special requests before you arrive on property. To access this service simply request an email confirmation when making your hotel reservation.
You'll receive reminders of this service via email prior to your arrival and an electronic itinerary with fulfilled requests.
Hyatt Fast Board
Fast Board offers guest a way to receive a printed airline boarding pass at the hotel prior to departing for the airport. With Fast Board, you'll be able to retrieve flight information such as delays and cancellations, check the weather for the region and print a color boarding pass in the airline's predetermined format.
The Fast Board kiosk is located in the lobby, to the right of the Front Desk.
Bellman/Valet Services
We offer professional and timely Valet ($20.00) and Bellman services, staffed with knowledgeable and friendly staff familiar with the local area.
Hyatt Personalized Wake-Up Calls
With Hyatt Wake-Up Call, you have the opportunity to wake up to personalized greetings from loved ones back home. You can even receive a celebrity greeting from Christie Brinkley. For every wake-up call scheduled, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts will donate $1 to our charitable partner, the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
